This is a text the St. Louis Serial Rapist sent me tonight

He sent this text to me, to threaten and harass me. He failed at that, and if you are seeing this, hopefully you will stand up for what is right and maybe ask St. Louis County to stop harassing a rape victim, and maybe, just maybe, do their job?
