It’s been happening for a decade
There is a man that has admitted to raping multiple women, who has been able to operate for a decade.
Despite evidence, challenges, police reports, and following the rules, St. Louis County has done nothing to protect his victims. He keeps texting me, and keeps attacking his victims.
What is his Modus Operandi (MO)?
The serial rapist he gets his victims and then uses the courts against them. He claims they are suicidal, or gets St. Louis County to follow his mental incapacity approaches, and then coerces them to commit suicide to cover his tracks.
He likes to brag about his crimes
This is a picture he sent of his genitalia after one of his assaults. He brags about what he does to his victims. He has been hidden too long, has preyed on our community, we are looking for you to help make him stop, and to hold St. Louis County accountable.
St. Louis County Harasses Victims
When his victims show up in hospitals outside of St. Louis County, St. Louis County officers show up and convince doctors that his victims aren’t actually victims. Then he ends up SWATTING his victims too.
Suicide is his goal
His victims then commit suicide, which is his goal, and that is how he covers his tracks.
Our goal is awareness
We are publishing this content with the hopes of finding his other victims.

County doesn’t care
St. Louis County Police refuse to investigate, and then harassed one of his victims for several years falling victim to his SWATTing.
Despite significant and substantial evidence, St. Louis County failed to investigate his attacks. They then wasted substantial resources as they fell victim to his SWATTING calls.
Instead of helping the victim, they harassed her and discredited her.
